Message types: replies to your questions, class and schedule information, appointment and trial-class reminders, and occasional academy updates.

Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages after that.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
